PROJECTS / UPTOWN MUNICH
Tallest Office Tower in Bavaria
The 38-story, 146-meter-high office tower is located in close proximity to Munich's Olympic Stadium, forming a striking highlight in the skyline of the Bavarian capital.
The design's key feature is the rounded, glass corners at the building’s head and in the floor plan, along with the single-skin all-glass façade featuring round windows for natural ventilation of the office spaces. The high-rise is complemented by four campus buildings, a boulevard, and a landscaped pine forest.

The campus development consists of seven-story office wings, connected by a curved louvered roof and a boulevard. Glass walls between the gables provide protection against noise pollution. Restaurants and retail stores line the boulevard, giving the entire quarter its own character. The terraced landscaping creates a unique outdoor space, surrounded by a roughly 3,000 square meter pine forest.

Characteristic of the high-rise are the rounded glass corners on the floor plan and at the building’s top. The transparent corner design element makes the proportionally balanced high-rise appear even slimmer along the diagonal.
