PROJECTS / KANT & KOPF HAMBURG
Part of Hamburg, and a Building of the Future
At the water's edge of the Elbe, everything that belongs together comes together. The KANT UND KOPF is the new building complex with a concept that, in a prime location – right on the Elbe riverbank – creates space for ideas, ambition, and creative flow. Here, cutting-edge office spaces meet retail and dining areas in sustainable, elegant architecture. The top-notch mixed-use concept is further complemented by a green rooftop terrace, a unique view, and the Strandkai district – all of Hamburg – right at your doorstep. KANT UND KOPF will become a part of HafenCity, a part of Hamburg, and a piece of the future, starting at the end of 2026.
The forward-looking project is distinguished by its sustainable building concept: geothermal energy is used for heating and cooling, and electricity is generated through the expansive photovoltaic system on the roof and facade. Overall, CO2 emissions from the construction and operation of the building will be reduced by more than a third. An intensive green area of 1,580 square meters will give back a piece of green space to nature.
The KANT UND KOPF will be certified with the HafenCity Platinum Environmental Label as well as the LEED Platinum Label.
