The design for the Falgueró Sector Master Plan is meant to create a signature precinct that will be a landmark for an economical, ecological and socially sustainable, future orientated development that combines a vibrant public realm with healthy high class living and state-of-the-future workplaces. To reach this goal the team had defined some key aspects for the actual design solution. While achieving the aim the design proposal did partly deviate from setback regulations and the preferred height. Our team took the comments given during the presentation concerning those aspects very serious. This report is outlining optional design solutions that do maintain the original concept aspects but fully address the concerns raised. We hope that the overall concept meets the expectations and your brief and trust that we can meet all requirements given. We have prepared alternatives and options to demonstrate the flexibility of our design concept but also the team‘s ability and willingness to think and work with you to achieve the optimal solution.
